EXCHANGES & RETURNS Purchases at regular price may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the order date, but must be unworn and in the original carton. Any purchase made via the Web resulting in a return or exchange may be done so through the Web only; Arche stores will not accept returns or exchanges of Web purchases.

All returned merchandise should be shipped to the address specified on the packing slip included with the package you recieve from Arche.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY BE EXCEPTIONALLY RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OF SIZE ONLY. SALE PURCHASES BEING EXCHANGED FOR SIZE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE.
