This Privacy Statement applies to data collected by Arche through this Web site. It does not apply to those Arche services and products that do not display or link to this statement or that have their own privacy statements.


Collection of Your Personal Information


At our site, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. We may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. If you choose to make a purchase, we will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address that is used to create an Arche billing account.


In order to access some our services, you will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password, which we refer to as your credentials. As part of creating your credentials, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password. A unique ID number will be assigned to your credentials that will be used to identify your credentials and associated information.


We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with our site and services.


When you receive newsletters or promotional e-mail from Arche, we may use web beacons (described below), customized links or similar technologies to determine whether the e-mail has been opened and which links you click in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or other information.


In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with us, information collected through one Arche service may be combined with information obtained through other Arche services.

Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Arche; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Arche (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Arche services or members of the public.

In order to help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your credentials (e-mail address and password). The appropriate method(s) for accessing your personal information will depend on which site or services you have used.

You can stop (opt-out of) the delivery of future promotional e-mail from Arche sites and services by following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive.

This site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions through this Site. We use SSL encryption with a secure certificate, verified by a third-party to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities.


Arche is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.


While we use industry-standard precautions to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security. 100% complete security does not presently exist anywhere online or offline.


Use of Cookies


Arche websites may use "cookies" to enable you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.


Arche websites may use cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display your personalized content and appropriate advertising on your later visits to these sites. When you sign in to a site using your Arche account, we may store your unique ID number, and the time you signed in, in an encrypted cookie on your hard disk. This cookie allows you to move from page to page at the site without having to sign in again on each page. When you sign out, these cookies are deleted from your computer.


You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Use of Web Beacons


Arche Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that may be used to assist in delivering cookies on our sites and allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. We may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.


Merchandise Repair Policy


For a period of 90 days after the date of your online or Arche store purchase, we will repair any item with a manufacturing defect in materials and/ or workmanship (such as broken hardware). Obtaining original parts and accessories for your product may take additional time.


Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear (such as dirt, scuff marks or scratches) cannot be accommodated including the following:


  • Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure to caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or abnormal wear related to occupation.
  • Leather and latex not properly treated to keep from drying out.
  • Normal wear of soles or sole components due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear associated with occupation.
  • Inadequate fit.


We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to Arche.


You may send your item to our corporate office; address available upon request.


Repairs can take up to 4 weeks for completion upon agreement of repair fee.


Arche does not handle repairs for purchase made anywhere other than or an Arche boutique. Please contact the original store of purchase for assistance.
